Welcome to Kesriya Jewellers (kesriyajewellers.in). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of any products from our online store. By accessing our site and placing an order, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms. Please read them carefully before making a purchase.

1. Eligibility and Account

By using this website, you represent that you are at least 18 years of age or possess legal parental/guardian consent.

If you create an account on our website, you are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.

2. Product Information and Pricing

Handmade Variations: All our jewellery pieces are meticulously handmade and personalized. Because each item is custom-crafted, minor variations in design, finish, and weight are natural characteristics of the products and will not be considered defects.

Pricing Errors: We strive to ensure all pricing information on the website is accurate. However, in the rare event of a typographical or technical error in pricing, Kesriya Jewellers reserves the right to cancel any orders placed at the incorrect price.

Taxes: All prices listed on the website are inclusive/exclusive of applicable taxes (such as GST), which will be clearly displayed during checkout.

3. Order Acceptance and Payment

Receipt of an order confirmation email does not signify our acceptance of your order. We reserve the right to accept or decline your order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, product availability, errors in product/pricing information, or suspected fraudulent activity.

We accept payments through secure online payment gateways (Credit/Debit Cards, UPI, Net Banking, and Wallets). Orders will only processed once the payment is successfully verified.

4. Strict Cancellation Policy

1-Hour Window: You can only cancel or modify your order within 1 hour (60 minutes) of placing it.

Post 1-Hour Rule: Once the 1-hour window has passed, the production process for your custom piece begins automatically. After this point, no cancellations, modifications, or refunds will be allowed under any circumstances.

5. Customer Responsibility for Personalization (Laser Cutting/Engraving)

While placing an order for laser-cut, engraved, or name-customized jewellery, the customer is solely responsible for entering the correct name, initials, spelling, and design details.

Kesriya Jewellers will not be held responsible if the customer provides incorrect details or spelling errors.

Orders with customer-end errors will not be eligible for any return, refund, replacement, or free alteration.

6. Shipping and Delivery

Processing Time: Since our products are handmade and personalized, processing times may vary. Estimated delivery dates provided at checkout are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Delivery Address: Customers must provide accurate shipping details. Kesriya Jewellers is not liable for non-delivery or delayed delivery resulting from incorrect address inputs by the customer.

7. Returns, Replacements, and Refund Policy

Due to the highly customized and handmade nature of our products, we follow a strict NO RETURN, NO REFUND, and NO EXCHANGE policy.

We will only accept returns and provide a replacement under the following two (2) exceptional conditions:

Damaged Product: If the jewellery item arrives physically broken or damaged.

Wrong Product: If you receive a completely different item than what you ordered.

8. Mandatory Video Proof for Claims (Strict Enforcement)

To be eligible for a replacement or return under the exceptions mentioned in Section 7, you must fulfill the following requirement:

Delivery Video: You must record a clear, continuous, and unedited unboxing video at the exact time of delivery, showing the package being opened in front of the delivery executive.

No Video, No Return: If you fail to provide this unboxing video filmed at the time of delivery, your claim will be rejected instantly. No exceptions will be made.

9. Intellectual Property Rights

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, product designs, digital downloads, and software, is the exclusive property of Kesriya Jewellers and is protected by copyright and intellectual property laws.

You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any content or designs from this website without explicit written permission from us.

10. Limitation of Liability

Kesriya Jewellers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the use or inability to use our products or website.

Our maximum liability to you for any product purchased through this site shall be limited to the actual purchase price paid by you for that specific product.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Kesriya Jewellers, its owner, employees, and affiliates from any claims, liabilities, damages, and costs (including legal fees) arising from your breach of these Terms or your misuse of this website.

12. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms and Conditions and any separate agreements whereby we provide you services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bikaner, Rajasthan.

13. Changes to Terms and Conditions

We reserve the right to update, change, or replace any part of these Terms and Conditions at our sole discretion by posting updates on our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes.
